Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Associate Finance Manager to oversee branch accounting operations, financial reporting, compliance, and internal controls. The ideal candidate should have strong accounting knowledge and experience with ERP and accounting software.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day accounting activities, including general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, and bank reconciliations.
- Ensure accurate and timely financial transactions in line with accounting policies and standards.
- Prepare financial statements, financial reports, and monthly forecasts.
- Lead the month-end closing process and monitor branch cash flow.
- Ensure compliance with GST and Income Tax requirements.




- Provide financial insights to support business decision-making.
- Oversee ERP implementation and accounting system utilization.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external auditors for timely audits.
- Strengthen internal controls and identify potential financial risks.

Desired Candidate Profile
- Qualification - M.Com/CA Inter /CWA Inter
- 5–10 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Tally, and other accounting/ERP software.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Pay: From ₹50,000.00 per month
