Position Overview

Surya International Enterprise Ltd. is seeking a creative and performance-driven Meta Ads Executive to manage and optimize advertising campaigns across Meta platforms, including Facebook and Instagram. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, monitoring, and optimizing paid campaigns to generate leads, increase brand awareness, and maximize return on ad spend (ROAS).

Key Responsibilities
- Plan, create, and manage Facebook and Instagram advertising campaigns.
- Conduct audience research, targeting, and segmentation for effective campaign performance.
- Develop campaign structures aligned with business objectives and marketing goals.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize ads based on key metrics.
- Manage ad budgets and ensure efficient allocation of advertising spend.
- Perform A/B testing on creatives, audiences, placements, and ad copies.
- Track leads, conversions, CTR, CPC, CPM, ROAS, and other performance indicators.
- Coordinate with the design and content teams for ad creatives and copy development.




- Generate regular campaign performance reports and insights for management.
- Stay updated with Meta advertising policies, trends, and platform updates.

Required Skills & Expertise
- Robust knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and Business Manager.
- Expertise in campaign setup, optimization, and scaling.
- Understanding of Facebook Pixel, Conversion API, and event tracking.
