Role & responsibilities
- Machine Setup & Operation: Loading programs, setting tools, and operating VMC machines (e.g., Fanuc, Mitsubishi) to cut/shape materials.
- Reading technical drawings to understand dimensions, tolerances, and machining steps.
- nspecting finished parts using precision tools (micrometers, calipers) to ensure they meet specifications.
- Selecting, installing, and adjusting cutting tools
Experience: Proven experience operating CNC/VMC machines in a manufacturing environment.
- Technical Knowledge: Proficiency in G-code/M-code and knowledge of GD&T; (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing).
- Problem-Solving: Ability to detect malfunctions, troubleshoot, and make small adjustments.
- May require standing for long hours and working in shifts Work Details:
- Setting: You must know how to do full VMC machine setting (Tool offset, Work offset).
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in VMC
- Hardworking and punctual.
How to Join:

- You will have a machine trial before selection.
- Operating: Running the machine and hitting daily production counts.
- Drawing: You should be able to read 2D drawings and use measuring tools like Vernier and Micrometer.
- Programming: Basic knowledge of Fanuc or Siemens editing is required.
