Required Skills & Competencies
- Understanding of communication protocols:
- Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings.
- Hands-on experience with QA Inspection.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Valuable communication and team collaboration abilities.
- Tractor Driving License must require

Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for Inspection of Machine Shop developed parts, as well as outsourced parts.
- Planning for CMM Inspection if Required.
- Verifying Material Report, CMM Inspection Reports are received from supplier.
- Maintaining Inspection Records, Material test Records.
- Interaction with supplier for quality issues & get corrective & Preventive Action,




- Planning for Supplier Audit on Quarterly basis
- Responsible for Preparation of FPY Reports on monthly basis.
- Responsible for Caring & Calibrating all Gauges on regular basis from feasible source.
- Negotiation with supplier related to Quality related instruments (For Calibration of Gauges).
- Knowledge of CMM, Trimos, Vernier, Micrometre, Slip & Bore, Thread, Ring, Plug Gauges,

Documentation
- Preparation of technical documents: Log sheet
- . Computer Knowledge like -Email drafting communication, excel, world.
