Job Summary

We are looking for a confident and communication-oriented Lead Generation Executive to handle leads generated through Google Ads and other digital marketing channels. The candidate will be responsible for calling prospective patients, understanding their requirements, providing basic information about hospital services, scheduling appointments, and converting leads into hospital visits.

Job Description

* Handle incoming leads received through Google Ads and other digital marketing campaigns.

* Make timely outbound calls to prospective patients and attendants.

* Understand the patient’s requirement and provide relevant information about hospital services.

* Generate and qualify leads through telephonic communication.

* Follow up with interested patients regularly.

* Coordinate with the concerned department/doctor for appointments.





* Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups, appointments, and conversions.

* Update lead status in Excel, CRM, or other hospital software.

* Achieve daily/weekly/monthly lead conversion and appointment targets.

* Respond professionally to patient queries and maintain a positive patient experience.

* Coordinate with the marketing team regarding lead quality and campaign performance.

* Maintain confidentiality of patient information.

Duties & Responsibilities

* Calling all assigned Google Ads leads.

* Lead qualification and conversion.

* Appointment booking and follow-up.

* Maintaining daily calling and lead reports.

* Reconnecting with missed/unresponsive leads.

* Tracking hot, warm, and cold leads.

* Sharing converted leads and appointment details with the concerned hospital team.

* Meeting assigned calling and conversion targets.
