HR Manager – Roles & Responsibilities
- Manpower Planning & Recruitment – Ensure timely availability of manpower as per production and business requirements.
- Employee Relations – Maintain positive employee relations, address grievances, and resolve workplace issues effectively.
- Attendance & Payroll – Ensure accurate attendance, leave, overtime, incentives, and timely payroll inputs.
- Performance Management – Implement PMS, monitor KPIs, conduct evaluations, and support appraisal processes.
- Training & Development – Identify training needs and facilitate technical, behavioural, safety, and leadership development.
- Statutory Compliance – Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws, PF, ESI, minimum wages, bonus, gratuity, and factory regulations.
- Employee Welfare – Manage canteen, transport, hostel, medical facilities,



welfare activities, and employee amenities.
- Industrial Relations & Discipline – Manage disciplinary matters, absenteeism, misconduct, grievances, and workplace discipline.
- HR Policies & Processes – Develop and implement HR policies, SOPs, salary structures, grades, JDs, transfers, and promotions.
- HR Audit & Compliance – Ensure readiness for SEDEX, BSCI, WRAP, customer, and statutory audits and drive timely closure of non-conformities.
