Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and hands-on Social Media Manager who can manage social media accounts, create engaging content, and independently record and edit videos using a mobile phone.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain social media accounts including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, and Google Business Profile.
- Plan and execute monthly social media content calendars.
- Record high-quality photos and videos using a mobile phone for reels, stories, posts, and promotional content.
- Edit short-form videos and reels using mobile editing tools such as CapCut, VN, InShot, or similar apps.
- Create engaging reels, stories, posts, and other social media content.
- Write captions, select relevant hashtags, and identify suitable trending audio.
- Monitor social media trends and create content based on current trends.
- Schedule and publish content consistently across platforms.
- Respond to comments, messages, and customer enquiries professionally.
- Monitor account performance, engagement, reach, followers, and other key metrics.




- Prepare regular social media performance reports.
- Coordinate with the graphic design, marketing, and content teams when required.
- Visit client locations when required to capture fresh photos and videos.
- Ensure all content follows the brand's tone, visual identity, and marketing objectives.

Required Skills
- Good knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, and other social media platforms.
- Robust mobile photography and videography skills.
- Ability to record and edit reels/videos independently using a mobile phone.
- Good knowledge of CapCut, VN, InShot, Canva, or similar tools.
- Good communication and English writing skills.
- Creative mindset with an understanding of social media trends.
- Ability to plan content and meet deadlines.
- Basic understanding of social media analytics and insights.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple client accounts.
