What would you do The Vice President (VP) of Corporate Actions is a senior leadership role responsible for overseeing the accurate and timely processing of corporate action events across global markets. This individual will lead a team of professionals, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, mitigating risk, and optimizing operational efficiency. The VP will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including custodians, brokers, asset managers, and technology teams, to enhance processes and drive strategic initiatives.
What are we looking for Qualifications Skills:- Education: Bachelors degree in Finance, Business, or related field; MBA or CFA preferred. - Experience: 10+ years in securities operations, with at least 5 years in a leadership role managing corporate actions. - Technical Skills: - Deep knowledge of global corporate action types and market practices (SWIFT, DTCC,



ISO 15022/20022). - Proficiency with corporate action platforms (e.g., Bloomberg, Broadridge, SmartStream, Euroclear, Clearstream, SP). - Strong understanding of settlement processes (DTC, Euroclear, Clearstream). - Soft Skills: - Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. - Analytical mindset with a focus on risk management and process optimization. - Ability to thrive in a quick-paced, deadline-driven environment.- Shift- US Shift
