We are looking for a responsible and productive Receptionist cum Accountant to join our Ayurvedic center.
QUALIFICATION : B.Com with Tally
EXPERIENCE : MINIMUM 1 YEAR IN ACCOUNTING FIELD
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Handle billing, payments, and day-to-day operations.
- Respond to WhatsApp messages, calls, and appointment inquiries.
- Maintain accurate records using CRM/software.
- Conduct cold calls and nurture prospective patient leads.
- Coordinate with the clinical team to ensure a smooth patient experience.
- Schedule appointments and manage patient follow-ups.
REQUIREMENTS :
- Excellent communication skills in English and Malayalam.
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Professional attitude with attention to detail.
LOCATION : EDAPAZHINJI, Trivandrum
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
