Role Description
This is a full-time,



in office Information Technology Recruiter role based in Mylapore. The IT Recruiter will manage end-to-end hiring activities, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for a wide range of technical and IT roles. Day-to-day responsibilities include collaborating with hiring managers to understand role requirements, drafting job postings, using multiple channels to attract qualified candidates, and maintaining a strong talent pipeline. The role involves coordinating interview schedules, conducting initial assessments, facilitating feedback discussions, and supporting offer negotiation and onboarding processes. The IT Recruiter will also maintain accurate recruitment data, ensure a positive candidate experience, and contribute to continuous improvement of recruitment strategies and processes.
