Job Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
- Communicate with customers and understand their requirements.
- Explain company products/services clearly.
- Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication.
- Generate and maintain customer/lead information.
- Achieve assigned calling and follow-up targets.
- Coordinate with the sales team when required.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Telecalling / Customer Support / Telesales.
- Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
- English communication is mandatory.
- Hindi is an added advantage.
- Confident, positive, and customer-friendly approach.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Ability to handle calls and follow-ups effectively.
Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
