Why this role exists

Agency partnerships don't grow themselves — they grow because someone owns the relationship strategically, spots opportunities before the client asks, and takes real commercial accountability for the outcome. This role exists to be that owner: managing a portfolio of high-value agency accounts, driving growth, and identifying AI and workflow automation opportunities that create measurable impact for clients.

This goes well beyond relationship management. You'll be the primary point of contact for agency partners while working closely with internal delivery teams across design, development, QA, and marketing — translating client needs into delivery, and delivery progress back into strategic client conversations.

*This role is not a good fit if:*
- You've managed accounts but haven't owned commercial outcomes such as upsell, renewal, and revenue targets
- You're looking for a coordination or support role — this is a full account ownership position with commercial accountability




- You haven't worked with US-based clients or managed cross-timezone communication at a skilled level
- You come from outside advertising, marketing, or digital agency environments and haven't developed a feel for how agency clients think and operate
- You approach account management reactively — our partners expect proactive insights and initiatives, not just responses
