Broad Function: We are looking for a highly skilled and proactive System Administrator to manage and support the organizations enterprise IT infrastructure, including network administration, Microsoft 365 setting, Active Directory, firewalls, servers, and security infrastructure. The role is responsible for ensuring high availability, security,



performance, and reliability of the organizations IT systems while driving infrastructure improvements, troubleshooting complex technical issues, and maintaining business continuity.
Responsibilities
- Network Administration: Administer and maintain LAN, WAN, VPN, Wi-Fi, and enterprise network infrastructure. Configure, monitor, and troubleshoot Layer 2/Layer 3 switches, routers, VLANs, and routing protocols. Manage IP addressing, subnetting, DNS, DHCP, NAT, and network connectivity. Monitor network performance and resolve connectivity, latency, and bandwidth issues. Maintain network documentation, IP inventory, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Firewall Network Security: Administer and manage enterprise firewalls (SonicWall, Fortinet, Cisco ASA/FTD, or equivalent). Configure firewall policies, NAT, ACLs, and Site-to-Site/SSL VPNs. Monitor firewall logs, security events, and
