About the Opportunity

We are looking for experienced Solar Sales & Business Development professionals to join a growing Solar / Renewable Energy business.

Multiple positions are available across different levels, and candidates will be evaluated based on their experience, solar-industry exposure, customer network, business-development capability and current level of responsibility.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop current business opportunities in the Solar / Renewable Energy sector.
- Generate and manage B2B sales leads from commercial and industrial customers.
- Identify potential C&I; customers and develop long-term business relationships.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to proposal, negotiation and closure.
- Conduct customer meetings, presentations and site visits.
- Understand customer energy requirements and coordinate with technical teams for suitable solar solutions.




- Prepare and follow up on commercial proposals, quotations and business cases.
- Develop relationships with corporate, industrial, commercial and institutional customers.
- Coordinate with Engineering, Project, Finance and Operations teams for smooth order execution.
- Maintain sales pipeline, forecasts and regular sales MIS.
- Identify new markets, customers and business opportunities.
- Track competitor activities, market developments and pricing trends.
- Achieve assigned sales and revenue targets.

For Senior-Level Candidates

Candidates with experience in Solar Open Access, Group Captive, Third-Party Open Access, C&I; renewable energy or large-scale renewable-energy business development will be considered for senior positions.
