Client Support Specialist

Location: Makarba, Ahmedabad, Gujarat
Job Type: Full-time, On-site
Shift: US Night Shift - 8:00 PM to 5:00 AM IST
Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹50,000 per month

This position involves daily communication with clients/customers based in the United States, including calls, emails, coordination, follow-ups, and handling client requirements.

*About the Role*

We are looking for a Client Support Specialist who will be responsible for coordinating and communicating with our US-based clients on a daily basis.

The primary requirement for this position is strong English communication and the ability to confidently interact with US customers.

Your responsibilities will include:
- Communicating with US clients on a daily basis




- Handling inbound and outbound calls with US customers
- Coordinating with clients and understanding their requirements
- Managing client follow-ups and providing timely updates
- Responding to client emails professionally
- Handling backend and administrative tasks
- Maintaining accurate client information and records
- Coordinating internally to ensure client requirements are completed
- Providing a qualified and positive client experience
