Tender Executive

Real Forge & Fitting (RFF) – Vadodara, Gujarat

We are looking for a Tender Executive to handle tender-related work and documentation.

Responsibilities:
- Search and identify relevant tenders on GeM and other portals.
- Study tender documents, BOQs, specifications and eligibility requirements.
- Prepare and submit tender documents within deadlines.
- Coordinate with Sales, Purchase, Accounts and Technical teams.
- Maintain tender records, quotations and submission documents.
- Handle EMD, PBG, compliance documents and other tender requirements.
- Follow up on tender status and results.

Qualification: Graduate / Diploma preferred.

Experience: 1–3 years in tendering/procurement will be preferred.

Salary: As per experience and skill set.

Pay: ₹10,029.55 - ₹15,000.00 per month
