Job Description: Shift Scheduler
USA Shift timings (Rotational shifts), NO FIXED OFFS ON WEEKENDS
Laptop and internet connection required to support Work from Home.

Position Overview:
We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Shift Scheduler to join our team. As a pivotal member of our staffing agency, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing shift schedules for our clients. The Shift Scheduler plays a crucial role in ensuring effective staffing operations, maintaining client satisfaction, and supporting workforce productivity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Schedule Management:
Create, maintain, and adjust shift schedules based on client requirements and workforce availability.
- Client Communication:
Regularly communicate with clients via email to understand their staffing shift needs and preferences.
- Conflict Resolution:
Address and resolve scheduling conflicts and issues in a timely manner, keeping an updated tracking log of shift changes.
- Compliance:
Ensure all scheduling activities comply company policies and client agreements.
- Documentation:
Maintain accurate records of schedules, staffing assignments, and client communications using our software platform and company trackers.
Role responsibilities:
- Push out all shift requests from our clients into the scheduling tool.
- Send shift confirmations to management and communicate weekly coverage confirmations to clients.
- Communicate updates with clients regarding cancellations, lateness, call outs, etc.
- Provide end of shift updates daily to the next scheduler coming on shift.
- Maintain scheduling portal for accuracy and cross-referencing weekly timesheets; any that are missing need to be added to scheduling portal.
- Track call outs on call out tracker and work with HR to communicate any disciplinary measures.
- Track and manage "do not send list”.
- Create placements in ATS for staff to submit hours.
