We are currently looking for a Team Lead - Ops to manage a team of 6 - 10 ELT - Copy Editors based in Hyderabad, Telangana office.

Role Details:
- Position: Team Lead Operations
- Employment Type: Permanent | Full time
- Payroll: Tech Mahindra
- Client: 500 Old (UK Based Publishing House) - 12 years old project in TechM.
- Location: Hyderabad, Telangana

Experience Required:
- Total Experience: 5 to 10 years
- Team Management: Minimum 2 years exp in managing other junior Editors in the team is mandatory.

Work Details:
- Shift Timings: 9AM – 6:30 PM OR 12PM till 9:30PM (Will be decided by the UK managers based on business requirement) - *(2-way transportation provided)*
- Workdays: Monday to Friday
*(Fixed weekly offs on Saturday & Sunday – 5-day working)*





Qualifications:

*(Any one of the below is mandatory)*
- BA (Hons) / M.Phil / MA / PhD in:
- English
- English Language & Literature

Key Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in ELT – Copy Editing & Proofreading
- Minimum 2 years of experience in team handling / people management
- Proven experience in stakeholder and client management
