We are looking for an enthusiastic, target-driven, and customer-focused Portfolio Manager / Real Estate Sales Executive to join our Bangalore team.

The role involves handling prospective buyers and investors, understanding their property requirements, presenting suitable real estate opportunities, managing the sales process, and converting leads into successful transactions.

Key Responsibilities

* Handle incoming leads and actively generate new business opportunities.

* Understand clients property requirements, preferences, and investment objectives.

* Present suitable residential and commercial real estate projects based on client requirements.

* Conduct property presentations, site visits, and client meetings.

* Follow up consistently with prospective clients through calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.

* Build and maintain robust relationships with buyers and investors.

* Handle client queries, concerns, and objections professionally.

* Negotiate effectively and work towards successful deal closures.





* Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, meetings, and sales activities.

* Coordinate with internal teams, developers, channel partners, and other stakeholders to ensure a smooth transaction process.

* Stay updated on local market trends, property developments, pricing, payment plans, and upcoming projects.

* Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.

* Generate business through referrals, networking, cold calling, and other lead-generation activities.

Preferred candidate profile

* 15 years of experience in real estate sales, property sales, business development, or high-ticket sales.

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

* Excellent negotiation and convincing abilities.

* Confident, proactive, and target-oriented approach.

* Ability to build strong client relationships.

* Comfortable with calling, follow-ups, client meetings, and site visits.
