The candidate will be responsible for visiting construction sites, builders, developers, architects, contractors and real estate projects to identify upcoming elevator requirements and generate qualified leads for the sales team. This is a highly field-oriented role and requires regular travel, networking and interaction with people involved in real estate and construction projects. Key Responsibilities ● Visit construction sites and identify upcoming residential and commercial projects requiring elevators. ● Identify builders, developers, contractors,



architects and project consultants involved in current construction projects. ● Generate leads for new elevator installation projects. ● Build and maintain a database of upcoming construction projects in assigned areas. ● Meet builders, developers, contractors, architects and project representatives. ● Understand project requirements including building type, number of floors, expected elevator requirement and project stage. ● Identify the appropriate decision-makers and establish initial communication. ● Generate qualified leads and arrange meetings for the sales team. ● Coordinate with the sales and technical teams for site visits and further discussions. ● Follow up regularly with prospects to track project progress and elevator requirements. ● Maintain daily field visit, lead and follow-up reports. ● Research upcoming construction projects and identify new business opportunities. ● Build long-term
