Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical and non-technical positions, ensuring effective sourcing, screening, and selection.
- Own the full recruitment lifecycle, from requirement intake and job description preparation to offer management and joining coordination.
- Develop and maintain strong candidate pipelines using LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and recruitment partners.
- Coordinate and schedule technical and management interview rounds, and provide timely communication and feedback to candidates.




- Maintain accurate recruitment trackers and provide regular hiring status updates to stakeholders.
- Oversee employee onboarding, joining formalities, and pre-joining engagement to ensure a positive new-hire experience.
- Maintain employee records
- HR documentation, and ensure confidentiality and compliance across all HR processes.
- Support and coordinate employee engagement initiatives, team-building events, and workplace celebrations.
- Administer day-to-day HR operations, including attendance, leave management, probation and performance reviews, and employee exit formalities.
- Leverage digital HR tools, including Zoho People and recruitment platforms, and HR administration.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3-5 years of HR experience, preferably in IT/software/services
- Solid expertise in IT recruitment and full recruitment lifecycle management
- Demonstrated experience in candidate sourcing via multiple channels
- Excellent comm
