We are looking for a highly skilled and dedicated Staff Nurse to join our team at Aster Hospital in Ibri. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in nursing services and a passion for delivering high-quality patient care.

Roles and Responsibility
- Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients, including assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating individualized care plans.
- Administer medications, perform medical procedures, and maintain accurate records of patient treatment and progress.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement effective care strategies that meet patient needs.
- Monitor patient vital signs, report changes to the healthcare team, and respond to emergency situations.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment, adhering to infection control policies and promoting patient safety.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices in nursing care.





Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field required; relevant certifications such as BSc Nursing or equivalent preferred.
- Proven experience in nursing services, preferably in a hospital setting, with a minimum of 2 years of experience.
- Possess strong knowledge of nursing principles, practices, and protocols, along with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrate the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced workplace while maintaining attention to detail and accuracy.
- Exhibit strong problem-solving skills, critical thinking, and the ability to make sound judgments under pressure.
