We are looking for a results-driven Student Counsellor who can actively engage with prospective students, understand their career and learning requirements, counsel them about relevant courses, and convert leads into confirmed admissions/enrolments.
Key Responsibilities:
Student Counselling & Sales
- Counsel prospective students about Emperor Bulls’ courses and programs.
- Understand student requirements and recommend suitable courses.
- Convert leads into confirmed admissions through effective counselling and follow-ups.
Lead Management & Follow-Up
- Handle incoming leads through calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
- Follow up regularly with interested students and maintain proper communication.
- Track lead status and ensure timely follow-ups until conversion.
Customer Relationship
- Build a positive relationship with prospective students and address their queries professionally.
- Clearly explain course features,
benefits, fees, and admission process.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and admissions.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Should be Graduate or Post-graduate.
- Sales-oriented and target-driven approach.
- Valuable counselling and follow-up ability.
- Ability to handle objections and close admissions.
- Prior experience in education counselling, admissions, telecalling, or sales will be preferred.
Pay: ₹15,500.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
