Job Description: L1 Support Executive – Hospital Information System (HIS)

Location: Amonara, Hadapsar, Pune, Maharashtra (On-site)Experience: 0–2 YearsEmployment Type: Full-time

About the Role

We are looking for a local candidate from the Hadapsar, Pune region of Maharashtra to provide first-level technical and functional support for our Hospital Information System (HIS) application at hospitals and healthcare facilities at Hadapsar. The candidate must be a resident of Pune with strong fluency in Marathi, Hindi, and English, and a deep understanding of the local culture and geography.

Note: Only candidates currently residing in Pune will be considered. Relocation candidates will not be entertained.Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for all HIS-related queries from hospital staff (doctors, nurses, receptionists, billing staff, lab technicians, etc.)
- Log, track, and manage support tickets with proper documentation




- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to patient registration, OPD/IPD workflows, billing, pharmacy, lab, and other HIS modules
- Guide end users over phone, remote desktop, or in office visits on correct HIS application usage
- Escalate unresolved issues to L2/L3 support with proper analysis notes
- Conduct basic user training and onboarding for new hospital staff
- Monitor system alerts, application availability, and report anomalies proactively
- Maintain a knowledge base of FAQs, known issues, and resolutions
- Coordinate with hospitals for planned maintenance and system updates
- Provide support during critical hours including rotational weekend/holiday coverage

Required Skills & Qualifications

Education: B.Sc. (IT), BCA, B.E. (CS/IT), or any IT-related graduation
