We are looking for a customer-focused professional who can build strong client relationships, ensure seamless order execution, and deliver an exceptional post-sales experience.

Role Objective

The Customer Relationship Executive will be responsible for managing the complete post-sales customer journey, ensuring smooth order execution, timely communication, customer satisfaction, payment follow-ups, and long-term customer retention.

This role acts as the primary point of contact for customers after order confirmation, ensuring a qualified and hassle-free experience throughout the customer lifecycle.





Key Responsibilities

Customer Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
- Serve as the primary point of contact after order confirmation.
- Ensure timely communication and excellent customer experience.

Order Management
- Coordinate the complete order lifecycle from order confirmation to delivery.
- Follow up with internal teams to ensure timely execution.
- Keep customers informed about order status and delivery timelines.

Customer Retention & Account Management
- Conduct regular follow-ups (KIT Keep In Touch) to strengthen customer relationships.
- Encourage repeat business through proactive customer engagement.
- Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling where appropriate.

Payment Follow-up & Coordination
- Coordinate with customers for timely payment collection.
