Role Mandate

You will function as the connective tissue across leadership, client services, strategy, creative,

media, technology, and operations, ensuring that:

Strategic priorities translate into clear execution plans

Teams remain aligned, accountable, and productive

Business goals are delivered with speed, quality, and impact

Key Responsibilities

1. Strategic Partnering & CXO Office Enablement

Partner closely with the CXO team on:

Business strategy, growth initiatives, and transformation priorities

Client portfolio reviews and key account interventions

Internal leadership decisions and organizational planning

Support CXOs in translating strategy into structured action plans and measurable

outcomes

Act as a thought partner in decision-making by bringing structured analysis and insights
- 2. Business Execution & Governance

Drive execution rigor across key agency priorities:

o Business growth initiatives

o Client delivery excellence

o Strategic projects and cross-functional mandates

Establish and track OKRs, dashboards,



and review mechanisms

Ensure timely follow-through, accountability, and escalation where required

3. Client Delivery Excellence

Work closely with client servicing, strategy, and delivery teams to:

o Ensure high quality, consistency, and timeliness in client outputs

o Identify risks, gaps, and improvement opportunities

Support CXOs in key client engagements, pitches, and escalations

Enable integration across functions to improve client outcomes

4. Business Growth & Strategic Initiatives

Support new business efforts through:

o Pitch planning, storytelling, and strategic inputs

o Market, competitor, and category intelligence

Drive special projects linked to revenue growth, capability building, and innovation

Convert leadership vision into execution-ready frameworks and plans

5. Cross-Functional Alignment

Act as a central coordinator across teams:

o Creative, media, strategy, data, tech, ope
