Key Responsibilities Prepare Quotation, PI, SO and Picklist and coordinate order processing. Maintain sales, booking, customer and MIS reports . Tele calling to customer and Distributor Coordinate with Sales, Accounts, Dispatch, Service and Marketing teams. Follow up on orders, dispatches, payments and pending matters . Handle customer/distributor communication and sales-related queries. Coordinate Credit Notes, Debit Notes, Damage and DCR-related activities . Maintain CRM, master data and other sales records. Prepare daily/weekly/monthly sales reports and support sales meetings. Assist the Sales Team with documentation and other administrative requirements. Candidate Requirements Graduate in any discipline; Any Graduate preferred. Good knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office . Strong communication, coordination and follow-up skills. Positive attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.



Experience in the solar, electrical, inverter or manufacturing industry will be an advantage.
