Key Responsibilities Manage ticket bookings through OTA platforms and online portals. Monitor seat availability, fares, schedules, and booking status. Handle cancellations, rescheduling, refunds, and customer queries. Coordinate with OTA partners and internal operations teams. Ensure accurate and timely updating of online inventory. Monitor booking discrepancies and resolve issues promptly. Prepare daily booking and revenue reports. Support online sales and improve booking performance.
