Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for an Account Manager. The Account Manager will manage a portfolio of client accounts, acting as the primary point of contact to understand client needs, address concerns, and ensure a high level of satisfaction. Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating service delivery, tracking account performance, preparing reports, and conducting regular review meetings with clients. The role involves collaborating with internal teams to resolve issues, identify upsell or cross-sell opportunities,



and maintain accurate documentation of account activities. The Account Manager will also support contract renewals, monitor project timelines, and proactively communicate risks and opportunities.

- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities to handle multiple accounts, priorities, and deadlines.
