Job Description:
Speak with pre-generated leads via calls and sell Paid Plans
Understand customer needs and handle their queries about paid plans
Close sales and achieve monthly sales targets
Ability to influence & negotiate with the customers
Fast learner who has a passion for sales
Proven track record of achieving sales target
Required Skills:
Good communication and interpersonalskills
Active listening skills & robust convincing skills
5.5 Days working (rotational week offs)
Upto 100-120 calls / day and daily Talk time of 3 hours
