Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist customers in the showroom
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable furniture
- Explain product features, designs, pricing and offers
- Handle customer enquiries and follow up with potential customers
- Generate and convert sales leads
- Achieve monthly and individual sales targets
- Maintain solid customer relationships
- Coordinate with the internal team for order processing and delivery
- Maintain basic sales records and follow-up details
