Sr. Manager, Communications, India

The India communications manager will be part of the Corporate Communications team

and work with other internal and external communicators, India leadership, workstream

leads and more to develop and execute creative and effective internal and external

communications for Alight in India.

The candidate will work with executives, managers, project teams and communications

colleagues to assess communication needs and define objectives, audiences and key

messages that support the companys purpose, vision, and strategy. The candidate will use

innovative approaches, proven solutions and Alight tools to deliver the best possible

communications and will work across boundaries to ensure holistic communication and

change support with the colleagues at the center.

Responsibilities

Serve as lead communicator for Alight communications to India audiences internally and

externally. This includes:
- Supporting leaders and the company in messaging to India internal and external

audiences.




- Developing and executing of communications plans as needed via all applicable

channels.
- Managing internal communications to India colleagues, including local leadership

communications and intranet communications.
- Developing media materials and conducting local media relations.
- Partnering with local HR to develop build the employer brand for Alight in India to

help attract talent.
- Researching, writing, finalizing and executing internal and external

communications, including leader and company emails, intranet news articles,

social posts, SharePoint communications, scripts/talking points and more.
- Editing and proofing content to ensure it consistently meets our publishing and

brand standards.
- Supports other corporate communications as needed.
- Bachelors degree in related discipline (journalism, communication, organizational

development, English, business)
- 15 + years of relevant communication experience
