As Business Resilience Manager within Ecolabs Global Business Solutions+ (GBS+) Enterprise AI organization, you will lead the execution of a critical capabilityensuring the continuity and resilience of essential global services. GBS+ is a multifunctional shared services platform supporting Finance, Supply Chain, Marketing, Legal, HR, Real Estate, and Automation across five global locations. In this role, you will own the development, testing, and continuous improvement of business continuity and resilience plans, enabling both GBS+ and AI operations to withstand and recover from disruptions. You will provide strategic oversight, expert guidance, and handson support to proactively manage risk, strengthen preparedness, and drive effective incident response. Reporting to the Sr. Director of Strategy Governance, you will partner closely with functional leaders to embed resilience into business planning, elevate organizational readiness, and ensure alignment with enterprise standards.

This position is located at Ecolabs GBS Global Service Delivery Center in Pune, India (hybrid schedule,



60% time in the office, working the 12 pm-9 pm IST shift Mon-Fri)
