As an AI Ops SME (Telecom Domain), you will design and implement intelligent operations solutions across telecom networks, enabling autonomous and self‑healing network operations. You will focus on building AIOps, observability, event correlation, ITSM integration, predictive analytics, and automated remediation capabilities, working across RAN, Core, Transport, OSS, NMS/EMS, and service assurance platforms.
What You’ll Do and How You’ll Succeed

AIOps Architecture & Solution Design
- Design and implement end‑to‑end AIOps solutions for telecom networks.
- Define observability architecture across logs, metrics, traces, and events.
- Evaluate and implement modern AIOps, GenAI, and agentic AI solutions.

Observability & Event Management
- Design and optimise observability frameworks across RAN, Core, Transport, and multi‑vendor environments.
- Develop alarm and event management strategies (collection, enrichment, deduplication, suppression, correlation).
- Improve operational visibility through intelligent monitoring and predictive insights.

AI/ML‑Driven Operations




- Build and configure ML‑based anomaly detection and event correlation models.
- Develop predictive maintenance and RCA capabilities to reduce service disruptions.
- Continuously tune AI/ML models and correlation rules for accuracy and efficiency.

Automation & Autonomous Networks
- Design and implement closed‑loop automation and self‑healing workflows.
- Drive automation initiatives aligned with TM Forum Autonomous Network maturity models.
- Reduce manual intervention through automated fault detection, resolution, and service restoration.

ITSM & OSS Integration
- Integrate AIOps platforms with EMS/NMS, OSS, inventory, and assurance systems.
- Design integrations with ServiceNow, BMC Remedy, and other ITSM platforms.
- Enable automated incident creation, ticket enrichment, intelligent assignment, and workflow orchestration.

Production Support & Continuous Improvement
- Support production AIOps setting
