What You'll Own
- End-to-end warehouse operations
- Inventory planning and stock accuracy
- Inward, storage, dispatch.
- Manage daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct periodic stock verification.
- Monitor inward and outward material movement and ensure proper documentation.
- Coordinate with procurement, sales, logistics, production, and other departments.
- Ensure timely order processing and dispatch as per business requirements.
- Manage warehouse manpower, shift planning, and daily work allocation.
- Implement FIFO/FEFO and appropriate material storage practices.
- Monitor stock levels, identify discrepancies,



and initiate corrective actions.
- Ensure proper handling, labeling, stacking, and storage of materials.
- Track logistics and transportation activities and coordinate with transporters.
- Prepare daily/weekly MIS reports related to inventory, dispatch, productivity, and warehouse performance.
- Ensure compliance with company SOPs, safety procedures, and statutory requirements.
- Identify operational gaps and implement process improvements to reduce costs and turnaround time.
- Maintain warehouse housekeeping and ensure secure working conditions.
