Key Responsibilities 1. Supply Chain Strategy
- Design Kefilos end-to-end supply chain model from raw material sourcing procurement production packaging storage distribution customer.
- Build a scalable supply chain framework that can support expansion across multiple cities.
- Identify the right mix of centralized production, contract manufacturing, and local sourcing.
2. Procurement Vendor Network
- Identify, evaluate, negotiate with,
and onboard suppliers for food ingredients, packaging, equipment, and other operational requirements.
- Develop a reliable multi-vendor network to reduce dependency and supply disruptions.
- Establish vendor SLAs, quality standards, pricing benchmarks, and performance metrics.
- Build systems for demand forecasting and procurement planning.
3. Production Inventory
- Develop inventory management systems to maintain optimal stock levels while minimizing wastage.
- Coordinate procurement with production and demand forecasts.
- Establish systems for batch planning, stock rotation, expiry management, and wastage tracking.
- Help standardize raw materials and specifications across production partners.
4. Distribution Logistics
- Design cost-effective distribution models for B2C subscriptions and B2B customers.
- Evaluate centralized vs. decentralized distribution and last-mile delivery models.
