Job Description

We are looking for a responsible and organized Vehicle & Driver Supervisor to manage company vehicles, drivers, and staff accommodation.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain all vehicle papers and documents.
- Monitor vehicle servicing, repairs, and regular maintenance.
- Track company vehicles and monitor their daily movement and utilization.
- Handle FASTag recharge and other vehicle-related requirements.
- Check the validity of RC, Insurance, PUC, Fitness Certificate, and other vehicle documents.
- Maintain proper vehicle service and maintenance records.
- Handle driver joining, induction, and onboarding.
- Supervise drivers and ensure proper attendance, discipline, and timely reporting.
- Coordinate with drivers and ensure vehicles are available on time as required.
- Handle and coordinate vehicle breakdowns, repairs, and other vehicle-related issues.
- Take care of staff quarters,



including cleanliness, hygiene, and basic maintenance.
- Coordinate and follow up on staff quarter repairs and maintenance work.
- Ensure proper cleanliness and hygiene standards are maintained in the staff quarters.

Candidate Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in vehicle supervision, fleet management, transport, or a similar role preferred.
- Basic knowledge of vehicle documents, servicing, repairs, and maintenance.
- Ability to manage and coordinate with drivers.
- Responsible, organized, and proactive approach to work.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Basic smartphone/computer knowledge required.
- Valid two-wheeler driving licence preferred.
