Role & responsibilities
- Overall planning, execution, and monitoring of the drainage/sewerage project
- Complete in office management including labour, material, and machinery
- Coordination with government departments (PHED/Nagar Nigam/PWD) for approvals, measurement books (MB), and billing
- Leading a team of site engineers, supervisors, and contractors
- Ensuring quality control and safety compliance at site
- Budget planning, cost control, and resource allocation
- Preparing and submitting progress reports to management
- Timely resolution of technical and site-level issues
- Ensuring project completion within scheduled timelines

Preferred candidate profile
- Minimum 10 years of experience in Civil Construction, with hands-on exposure to Drainage/Sewerage/Water Supply projects
- Proven track record of independently managing site execution and project delivery
- Experience working with government departments preferred
- Strong leadership, team management, and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to be based at project sites across Bihar
