About the Role

Navsan is seeking an experienced IT Asset Manager to support one of its strategic global

clients in a dedicated remote capacity. The successful candidate will manage the complete

lifecycle of IT hardware and software assets, coordinate hardware procurement, support

onboarding and offboarding activities,



ensure software license compliance, maintain

inventory governance, and lead the IT Asset Management team.

Key Responsibilities

IT Asset Lifecycle Management

 Manage the complete lifecycle of IT assets from procurement through retirement and

disposal.

 Maintain accurate and auditable records of all IT hardware and software assets.

 Perform regular asset audits and inventory reconciliation.

 Ensure proper asset ownership, tracking, and accountability.

Hardware Asset Management

 Manage lifecycle tracking for laptops, desktops, servers, monitors, networking

equipment, mobile devices, and peripherals.

 Track asset allocation, transfers, repairs, replacements, recoveries, warranties, and

support contracts.

 Coordinate technology refresh and replacement programs.

SAP – PO (P2P) Additional advantage

 Coordinate IT hardware procurement activities.

 Experience with SAP Purchase Orders (POs) a
