- Produce detailed 2D and 3D technical drawings, blueprints, and plans using CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, Civil 3D).
- Work closely with architects, civil engineers, and project managers to translate sketches and notes into accurate workable plans.
- Ensure all designs comply with industry regulations, building codes, and project specifications.
- Calculate dimensions, material requirements (BOQs), and weight limitations for various structures.
- Conduct site surveys to gather data, take measurements, and verify that construction aligns with design plans.
- Maintain organized records of drawing revisions, technical parameters, and project updates.
- Preparation of Project Estimates, Technical Specifications, Tender documents
- Supporting site team with resolution of drawing queries, project planning and construction
- Site visits for issues resolution expediting works
- Experience:
- 8 to 12 yrs in Structural detailing of Preferably Industrial structures
- Valuable technical knowledge of Civil Engineering, specially drawing detailing and documentation
- Good knowledge of software tools like Auto-cad, MS Excel, SAP
