We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Intern to support our recruitment team in end-to-end hiring activities. This role is ideal for candidates who are passionate about HR, recruitment, and building strong talent pipelines. The intern will gain hands-on exposure to sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and employer branding initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and internal databases
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements
- Coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers
- Maintain and update candidate trackers and MIS reports
- Support in posting job openings and managing responses
- Communicate with candidates regarding interview schedules and process updates
- Assist in offer documentation and pre-joining engagement
- Support campus hiring, walk-in drives, and recruitment events




- Adhere to recruitment SLAs and compliance guidelines

Desired Skills & Competencies
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic understanding of recruitment or HR processes
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Good proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and PowerPoint
- High attention to detail and strong follow-up skills
- Willingness to learn and take initiative

Eligibility Criteria
- Any graduate or Pursuing /recently completed MBA / PGDM in HR or related field
- Available for a full time internship for the specified duration
