Job Overview
We are seeking a proactive and technically skilled Electrical Maintenance Engineer/Technician to support the seamless operation and maintenance of electrical systems across our infrastructure projects and facilities. This role is ideal for individuals with up to 3 years of hands-on experience in electrical maintenance within industrial, IT Park, construction, or commercial settings.

Key Responsibilities
Electrical Maintenance & Support
- Perform routine inspection, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance of electrical systems, machinery, and equipment.
- Assist with installation, testing, commissioning, and repair of electrical components, panels, wiring, and controls.
- Monitor and maintain backup power systems including generators, UPS, transformers, and distribution boards.
- Support energy management, power quality checks, and compliance with safety standards.





Project & Site Coordination
- Work closely with site engineers, contractors, and cross-functional teams to complete electrical tasks efficiently.
- Assist in electrical layout reviews, documentation, and coordination during construction or retrofit works.
- Ensure proper tagging, labeling, and documentation of electrical assets and maintenance records.

Safety & Compliance
- Promote and adhere to electrical safety protocols, statutory regulations, and company policies.
- Conduct risk assessments and implement corrective actions to mitigate electrical hazards.

Continuous Improvement
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by suggesting enhancements in electrical systems, workflows, and energy efficiency.
- Participate in training programs to stay updated with electrical standards and current technologies.

Technical Skills
- Understanding of AC/DC systems, LT panels, distribution boards, generators, UPS, m
