We are looking for a results-driven Business Development Manager who can generate new business opportunities, acquire domestic and international clients, manage the sales pipeline, and drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
- Generate qualified B2B leads through LinkedIn, email, Apollo, Upwork, Freelancer, Clutch, GoodFirms and other platforms.
- Identify and approach CXOs, Founders, IT Heads, Marketing Heads and Procurement teams.
- Sell IT and digital solutions including Software Development, AI/Agentic AI, SaaS, Cloud, Mobile/Web Development and Digital Marketing.
- Understand client requirements and prepare proposals, presentations and commercial quotations.
- Conduct client meetings, product/solution demonstrations and negotiations.




- Coordinate with technical teams for project estimation and solution presentations.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Develop strategic partnerships with agencies, consultants and technology partners.
- Maintain an active sales pipeline using CRM tools.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly lead generation, conversion and revenue targets.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- 2–8 years of experience in Business Development / IT Sales / B2B Sales.
- Robust experience in IT Services Sales and client acquisition.
- Experience in domestic and/or international business development.
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, Upwork, Freelancer, Clutch or GoodFirms will be preferred.
- Experience with CRM tools such as HubSpot, Zoho or Salesforce.
- Strong communication, presentation, negotiation and proposal
