Roles and Responsibilities :
- Manage financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting for the organization.
- Ensure accurate and timely preparation of financial statements, including balance sheets, profit & loss accounts, cash flow statements, etc.
- Oversee accounts finalization, bank reconciliations, GST compliance, TDS filing, and other tax-related matters.
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
Job Requirements :
- 8-12 years of experience in accountancy or finance role with expertise in SAP FICO/Tally Prime.
- Robust knowledge of income tax laws and regulations (GST) with ability to handle complex tax calculations.
- Proficiency in general ledger management, financial reporting (balance sheet finalization), cash flow forecasting.
