Job responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of IBM Planning Analytics/TM1 solutions (requirements, design, build, test, deployment) on AWS
- Architect and maintain TM1 models (dimensions, hierarchies, cubes, rules, feeders) for performance and scalability
- Develop and maintain Planning Analytics Workspace (PAW) and Perspectives/Architect artifacts: dashboards, books, views, forms, and reports
- Build and manage TM1 processes/ETL (TI processes) and integrations with upstream/downstream systems
- Establish governance for planning applications: security model, roles, auditability, change management, SDLC controls, documentation standards
- Manage production support: monitoring, incident triage, root cause analysis, release planning, and continuous improvement
- Lead and mentor a team of TM1 developers/analysts; set technical direction, conduct code reviews, and develop team capability
- Drive adoption and governance of approved AI-assisted engineering practices across teams to improve code quality, delivery speed, and operational outcomes




- Apply knowledge of tools within the Software Development Life Cycle toolchain, including approved AI-assisted development and automation capabilities
- Partner with business owners to define planning processes and drive adoption, training, and communications
- Ensure compliance with technology risk, data controls, and operational resiliency expectations

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills
- 15+ years of experience delivering IBM Planning Analytics/TM1 solutions, with hands-on model build experience
- Solid TM1 technical skills: cube design, rules/feeders, TurboIntegrator (TI), performance tuning, and security
- Experience implementing planning use cases (Budget, Forecast, Workforce planning, CapEx, Revenue, Allocations, scenario modeling)
- Proven ability to lead delivery in agile and/or waterfall environments; strong stakeholder management
- Experience with data integration patterns (batch/near-real-time), data
