About the Role

We are looking for a motivated
US IT Recruiter
to join our recruitment team. The ideal candidate will have experience sourcing and recruiting IT professionals for US-based clients and be comfortable working with multiple requirements in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Source qualified candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, internal databases, and other channels.
- Understand US IT job requirements and identify suitable candidates.
- Conduct initial candidate screening and technical/communication assessments.
- Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment activity in the ATS.
- Work closely with Account Managers and clients to understand hiring needs.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of IT professionals.
- Negotiate rates/salary and manage candidate expectations.
- Ensure candidates meet client requirements, work authorization, and submission guidelines.




- Meet daily and monthly sourcing, submission, interview, and placement targets.

Required Skills
- 2+ years of experience in
US IT Recruiting
.
- Good understanding of US IT technologies and job roles.
- Experience working with
W2, C2C, and 1099
hiring models.
- Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn and job portals.
- Good understanding of US work authorization types.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple requirements.
- Robust follow-up, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Preferred
- Experience recruiting for technologies such as
Java, .NET, DevOps, Cloud, Data, Cybersecurity, QA, SAP, and Salesforce
.
- Experience working with US staffing vendors and direct clients.
- Familiarity with ATS/CRM systems and recruiting tools.
