About the Role

Blue Waves Media is looking for an experienced and performance-driven Performance Marketing Manager with 5+ years of experience in managing digital advertising campaigns across multiple platforms.

The candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, optimizing and scaling paid marketing campaigns across Google, Meta, and other third-party advertising platforms and aggregators, with a strong focus on lead generation, conversions, revenue and ROI.

This is a hands-on role for someone who understands the complete performance marketing funnel from campaign strategy and audience targeting to tracking, optimization, reporting and business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

* Plan, launch and manage performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads and other relevant digital platforms.

* Manage campaigns across Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max, Shopping, Meta Ads, retargeting and other paid media formats.





* Explore and manage advertising opportunities across third-party platforms, aggregators, marketplaces and relevant digital networks.

* Develop media plans, budgets, audience strategies and campaign structures based on business objectives.

* Monitor campaign performance on a daily basis and continuously optimize campaigns for CPL, CPA, ROAS, CAC, CTR, CVR and overall ROI.

* Manage campaign budgets and ensure effective allocation of spends across platforms, campaigns, audiences and geographies.

* Conduct A/B testing of creatives, audiences, landing pages, ad copies, offers and campaign structures.

* Work closely with creative teams to develop performance-oriented ad creatives, videos, copies and landing page requirements.

* Set up and monitor conversion tracking, pixels, events, UTM parameters and attribution.

* Use tools such as Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel/Events Man
