Job Description – Staff Nurse (IVF Centre)

Position: Staff Nurse – IVF Centre

Location: Noida, Uttar Pradesh

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month

Experience: 1–3 years preferred

Qualification: GNM / B.Sc. Nursing

Employment Type: Full-time

Working Days: 6 days per week

Job Responsibilities
- Provide quality nursing care to IVF and fertility patients.
- Assist doctors during OPD consultations, examinations and fertility procedures.
- Prepare patients for IVF procedures, OPU (egg retrieval) and embryo transfer.
- Administer injections, medications and IV fluids as prescribed.
- Monitor patients' vital signs and overall condition.
- Assist in pre- and post-procedure patient care.
- Maintain proper patient records, nursing notes and treatment documentation.
- Follow strict infection-control and aseptic protocols.
- Prepare and maintain treatment rooms, equipment and nursing supplies.
- Coordinate with doctors, embryologists and other clinical staff.




- Explain pre- and post-procedure instructions to patients.
- Provide compassionate support and maintain patient confidentiality.
- Maintain proper stock of medicines, consumables and emergency supplies.

Candidate Requirements
- GNM or B.Sc. Nursing from a recognized institution.
- Valid Nursing Council registration.
- 1–3 years of nursing experience preferred.
- IVF, fertility, gynecology, OT or hospital experience will be an advantage.
- Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of injections, IV cannulation, vital monitoring and patient care.
- Should be presentable, responsible and patient-friendly.

Note: IVF/fertility nursing roles in Noida commonly include patient preparation, medication/injection administration, monitoring, procedure assistance and documentation.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
