Social Media Executive

About the Role

Blue Monkfish Private Limited is looking for a creative, proactive, and experienced Social Media Executive with 2+ years of professional experience to manage and grow the company's social media presence.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in social media management, content planning, content creation, audience engagement, social media marketing, analytics, and campaign execution. The candidate should understand current social media trends and be able to develop strategies that improve brand awareness, engagement, reach, and business growth.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute social media strategies across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
- Create and manage monthly/weekly social media content calendars.
- Plan, write, and publish engaging content according to the company's brand voice.
- Coordinate with graphic designers and video editors to create high-quality social media creatives.
- Manage day-to-day social media activities, including posting, scheduling, engagement,



and community management.
- Write engaging captions, social media copy, headlines, and promotional content.
- Research trending topics, hashtags, formats, and industry trends to improve content performance.
- Monitor comments, messages, mentions, and audience interactions and respond professionally.
- Develop campaigns to increase brand awareness, engagement, followers, reach, and leads.
- Monitor competitors and identify opportunities for recent content and campaigns.
- Track social media performance and prepare regular reports using platform analytics.
- Analyze metrics such as reach, impressions, engagement, followers, clicks, leads, and conversions.
- Work closely with the marketing, graphic design, video, business development, and management teams.
