Job Summary
We are looking for a Brand Marketing Lead who can own brand strategy, digital presence, and content direction end-to-end. This role requires a strong balance of strategic thinking and hands-on execution across brand positioning, digital campaigns, content marketing, and customer engagement.

Required Skills Experience
- 4-5 years of experience in Brand Marketing and Content Marketing with strong digital exposure.
- Proven hands-on experience in content writing (long-form, short-form, and campaign content).
- Strong experience in social media management and community engagement.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Experience managing or working closely with design teams.
- Creative,
energetic, and proactive mindset with strong ownership of outcomes.
Brand Strategy Positioning
- Develop and execute a comprehensive brand strategy tailored to the Indian market.
- Strengthen brand positioning as a premium, trust-led offering within the health and wellness space.
- Leverage consumer insights to refine messaging and brand narratives.
Digital Marketing Campaign Execution
- Plan and manage multi-channel digital campaigns across social media, email, SEO, and paid platforms.
- Drive content strategy across blogs, website, ads, emailers, and campaign creatives.
- Lead content writing efforts to ensure clear, compelling, and high-impact communication.
- Manage and grow social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Track, measure, and optimize campaign performance using analytics and insights.
